Terms and Conditions

Overview

We only ship to the billing address of the credit or debit card used to pay for the item.

Please be sure to enter the billing address exactly as it is known to your financial institution. If you are having trouble getting your order to process, please make sure the address you have entered is exactly the same as the address on your bank card’s latest billing statement.

Please ensure your mailbox is secure when receiving valuables through the mail. We are not responsible for items stolen out of your mailbox after delivery. If you are concerned for the security of your mailbox, consider asking the Postal Service to hold your item for pickup by you in person at your local post office.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. After 30 days we may offer to buy any Goldbacks you wish to sell to us. In general our purchase price for Goldbacks in good condition is 10% less than our advertised selling price that day. You  must pay shipping costs when shipping your Goldbacks to us. If you sell Goldbacks to us, we will only pay you after the Goldbacks reach us in good condition. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping when selling Goldbacks to us. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping when shipping Goldbacks to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Downloadable software products are not returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing of that credit may depend on the operation of your means of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mark@nevadagoldback.com and send your item using tracked and insured shipping to: Nevada GB, PO Box 72183, Las Vegas NV 89119.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nevada GB, PO Box 72183, Las Vegas NV 89119. Always use tracked and insured shipping. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
